  • Why there are 2 products in the box?

In the box you can find 2 products: 1 stripe and 1 bracelet. You activate your first product (the one you choose) by its code and the second can be linked to the first code OR you can give it to another person.

  • Is it possible to activate SmartHeloID code without connecting an Helo account?

Yes it is possible. Through the registration via website is possible to skip the “link helo account” section. Otherwise via app, you need to download from the store (apple store or google play) the app “mioID” and proceed with the registration of the code in the section “registration”.

  • How do I activate my SmartHeloID code?

Your code can be activated in two ways: from the app SmartHeloID (purchasable on the apple or google play store) or through the website http://www.smartheloid.com/ in the section “Activate code”.

  • How do I link my Helo account?

To link your helo account you need to login in your account on http://www.smartheloid.com/. Under your name you will see a section called SmartHeloID account, click on the pencil and here it will be requested to fill the data with your Helo account (phone number or e-mail address) and to define a password (possibly the same used in the previous step), and once clicked on “continue” you will receive (via email if inserted the email or via SMS if inserted the phone number) a pin code to confirm the account.

  • Which one is the Helo account?

The Helo account is the email or the phone number that you used to register in the app Heka+.

  • Where do I purchase SmarHeloID?

You can purchase SmartHeloID inside your WGN store.

  • I cannot connect my Helo

In case you couldn’t link your helo account you need login in the website www.smartheloid.com/ with the email and password that you used during the registration of the SmartHeloID code. Once inside your account under the Name and Surname there is a section called SmartHeloID account. To link your helo account you need to click on the pencil and insert the access of your helo measurement account (email or phone number) and a password and once clicked on “continue” you will receive (via email or via SMS) a pin code to confirm the account.

  • I cannot see my Helo data

If you can’t see your helo data, first of all check if your helo account is linked to your smartheloid account. To check it, you need to login in the website www.smartheloid.com/ with the email and password that you used during the registration of the SmartHeloID code. Once inside your account, under the Name and Surname there is a section called SmartHeloID account. Click on the pencil and check your account, in case the helo account is not linked please proceed with the association. If you cant see your helo data via app please try to logout, close the app and then login again. If you are still not able to see your helo data please contact us on the email help@smartheloid.com

  • How can I delete the code?

To delete a code from your account you need to login in your SmartHeloID account, go in the section connected products and click on the trash. Remember that your code last for 1 year starting from the date of first activation. For support contact help@smartheloid.com

  • How do I upload my data?

To upload your data you need to login in your SmartHeloID account with the email and password used during the registration, once inside your account you can add, modify and delete your data.

  • How do I scan my QR code?

To scan the QR Code you can use any QR code reader App.

  • Are all my data protected?

Your data are stored in a protected server in Switzerland. The server has all the certifications requested for the protection of sensitive data.

  • If I want do delete my medical data, what do I have to do?

To delete your medical data you need to login in your SmartHeloID account with email and password used during the registration. Once inside your account you can delete the medical data by clicking on the trash.

  • Can I share my data?

Yes, you can share your documents. To share your documents you need to login in your personal account on  www.smartheloid.com, then you go in the document section and click on the arrow to forward the document.

  • Is the medical staff informed about the code?

Yes, a major part of the medical staff is well informed and we are working to inform the remaining staff.

  • Instead of scanning is there any other way to show my data?

Yes, it is possible to read the QR code in 3 ways:
1– By scanning the QR code with any QR reader app.
2- By inserting in the browser www.forhelp.org/yourcode (the code printed next to the QR code).
3- By inserting the code in the emergency section you find on www.smartheloid.com

  • What if I am trying to scan but I cannot see my data?

If you can’t see your data when scanning the QR code, try logging in your account on www.smartheloid.com and go in the section linked products. Next to the trash it is displayed an on/off button. If the button is on it means that you have blocked your code. To unlock the code you need to switch the button to off.
